The Pailin Thai Restaurant, and its staff, are proud to have offered exceptional service to its patrons since 1991. We are a family concern and have been resident in Lewes, running this restaurant from its very beginning.
Our staff are fully conversant with Thai cooking especially traditional dishes using traditional herbs and spices, some of which are imported from Thailand. We believe this is what makes our restaurant unique in this area and perhaps in the wider area of East and West Sussex.
We are always pleased to welcome our current patrons and a wider audience who are keen to sample authentic Thai Cuisine.
